Visamba provides visa application assistance services. We help you prepare and submit visa applications to the relevant authorities. We are not a government entity, embassy, or consulate. We do not make visa approval decisions and cannot guarantee the outcome of any application.

2. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and documents.
• Not use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.

3. Fees and Payments

Our service fees are separate from any government or consular fees required for visa processing. All fees are displayed before payment and are charged in the currency indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by third-party payment providers.

4. Refund Policy

• Before submission — you may request a full refund of our service fee if your application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authority.
• After submission — refunds are generally not available once the application has been submitted, as the service has been performed.
• Errors on our part — if we made an error in processing your application, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Visamba website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Visamba and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal data and documents you submit through our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Visamba is not liable for visa refusals, processing delays, or any decisions made by government authorities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services. We do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
